Your Senator Sees a Sign About the Sesame Issue Every Day!

I accidentally discovered something interesting when I was visiting the Senate offices. In the Senate cafeteria, there is a big sign warning about sesame. The sign says:

Sesame Questions? In accordance with the FASTER Act, food manufacturers are now required to label sesame in their products. As a result, some foods that we purchase that previously may not have contained sesame have been reformulated to include sesame. If you have any questions, please speak to a chef or manager.

So Senators clearly know what is happening because they see this sign every time they are in the cafeteria! So contact your Senator and ask him/her to take a stand to stop the practice of adding sesame. You can let him/her know that their own cafeteria is facing the same issue!
